The Role

We are looking for a motivated and strategic Affiliate Executive to lead and grow our affiliate partnerships across Latin America. This role focuses on performance marketing, campaign optimization, and relationship management, including collaboration with influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire, onboard, and manage affiliate partners in key LATAM markets (Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Brazil) to drive client acquisition and trading volumes

• Develop and implement strategies to boost affiliate performance and engagement

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns using tools such as Impact, Cellxpert, and Appsflyer

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure effective affiliate partnerships

• Stay informed on LATAM market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory requirements

• Work with influencers and content creators to promote brand awareness and attract new clients

• Provide affiliates and influencers with creative assets, insights, and regular performance feedback
