You will:

  • Operate as a trusted advisor to managers, leaders and teams to create and sustain a culture of high performance and engagement, tailoring solutions to local needs.
  • Influence HR initiatives that improve employee experience and business outcomes
  • Build credibility through expertise, judgment, and delivery excellence
  • Activate and deliver people and culture initiatives, ensuring effective communication and participation across the site.
  • Support the execution of talent processesincluding performance management, hiring plans, retention, and offboarding by providing reliable, timely guidance and hands-on support.
  • Own and resolve complex people challenges with confidence and autonomy. Address complex employee cases and provide individualized support, balancing speed, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Serve as the local HR point of contact, partnering with Global HRBPs to ensure seamless delivery of HR programs and consistent employee experience.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the HR team.
