- Design and develop Honeywell Building AI agent based on LLM including RAG, audio, picture and video analysis.
- Responsibility for Building AI application architecture, design, development and deployment.
- Contribute to Honeywell Building AI roadmap definition and planning
- Support team product owner to work with AI offering managers to clarify customer AI related requirements and define AI product features for each product release.
- Working with stakeholders like program manager, product owner, testing team to ensure quality delivery for AI products
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Masters’s degree in Computer Science or other related field.
3+ years' work experience as a software programing, experience in Python, Go or Java - 5 years’ work experience at AI & ML, experience in one of the ML framework like PyTorch, TensorFlow.
- Strong knowledge on LLM architecture: transformer, GPT, experience in LLM model fine tuning
- Strong knowledge on MCP and related programming experience.
- Solid experience on prompt engineering or context engineering.
- Solid experience on building knowledge base based on RAG, GraphRAG
- Solid experience in modern LLM tools like Ali Bailian, Dify, N8N etc..
- Solid experience in modern AI programming framework like LangChain, Spring AI / Spring AI Alibaba
- Experience in industrial / building automation LLM agent deployment will be a plus
