Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide personalized academic and career counseling, addressing inquiries on programs, eligibility, admissions, fees, and scholarships.

✅ Educate prospective students about program features, pedagogy, and career outcomes.

📞 Manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling and handling inbound inquiries.

🎯 Consistently convert leads into enrollments while achieving monthly targets.

👨‍👩‍👧 Maintain transparent communication with students and parents throughout the process.

📋 Follow up on enrollment confirmations and collaborate with internal teams to hit admissions goals.

📈 Stay updated on industry trends, competitive programs, and evolving career opportunities.

🧾 Maintain accurate records of all counseling interactions in the CRM system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Education, Psychology, or related field preferred).

🧠 0.6 - 4 years of experience in academic counseling, career guidance, or admissions.

💻 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).

🌐 Strong understanding of education systems and career pathways (training provided).

🗣️ Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

🤝 Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.

📆 Flexibility to work 6 days a week from the office with a rotational weekly off.
