What you will bring to the team

The intern will assist in the administrative follow-up of inventory, financial support, documentation and ongoing projects of our clients.

What you will be doing:

Responsibilities: 

• Tracking and managing inventory series changes in accordance with the business operation.
• Support to the quotation management process for our customers.
• Creation and closing of quotation reports.
  
  

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

• Student of the last semesters of Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.

• Knowledge preferably in project analysis

• Focused on meeting objectives and following processes and procedures.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills (excellent spelling and grammar).

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Skills:

• Good Office skills: -Excel (Pivot, financial formulas, etc.), Word, Power Point.
