Administrative Business Partner, Cloud Supply Chain and Operations
- Provide administrative business partnership and support for up to 3 directors+ executives.
- Operate independently on administrative tasks with minimal supervision (including but not limited to managing calendars, booking travel, and scheduling facilities or equipment).
- Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations.
- Establish trust and partnership with cross-functional teams and senior executives of the organization you are supporting.
Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- 7 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Experience coordinating international travel and supporting large global teams across multiple time zones.
- Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
- Ability to think critically and prioritize from a business perspective when faced with multiple requests.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a range of people and job functions.
