As an Administrative Assistant supporting the Hardware Technologies Video Engineering team, you’ll be a central partner in Beijing helping coordinate operations across internal teams and external stakeholders. You’ll take ownership of a broad range of administrative and operational activities that keep the organization running smoothly.
Description
This role provides administrative and operational support to the Video Engineering teams in China. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to think strategically while managing multiple priorities. In this role, you will serve as a key connector across teams and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
We are looking for an energetic and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong ownership, and enjoys supporting teams through effective coordination and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience supporting day-to-day administrative operations, cross-functional team collaboration, and complex task management.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity, discretion, and sound judgment.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, build trust and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in situations with ambiguity.
Proficiency with the Apple ecosystem and productivity tools such as Calendar, Keynote, Numbers, Pages, Slack, and Quip.
Professional proficiency in both English and Chinese.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
