Administrative Assistant / Flight Coordinator
Works to support a culture of safety and efficiency through adherence to established policies and procedures that advances customer service in the department. Generates, maintains, and audits aircraft, crew, passenger, and flight data via various report templates. Maintains proficiency on scheduling software, Excel, Word and other computer programs as required to accomplish specific functions. Provides budgetary charge-back data to aircraft users as requested by management or aircraft users. Provides tax and payroll departments with data for compliance with IRS regulations on personal use of corporate aircraft. Must be able to work effectively with administrative assistants and executives at all levels of the enterprise. Maintain a high level confidentiality regarding aircraft and passenger location and movement. Maintain a high level of detail and accuracy while building, revising and deleting trips. High School Diploma from an accredited institution. Minimum of 2 years experience as administrative assistant. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates currently located within a 50 mile radius of Richmond Heights, OH will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future. Bachelors Degree in business, aviation etc. Corporate aircraft scheduling/coordinator. Position Criteria: Attention to detail, strong communications skills, flexibility, and ability to problem solve. Microsoft applications (e.g. Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Operates in an ethical manner and maintains confidentiality. Highly flexible and proactive in order to address changing priorities, meetings and tight deadlines.
