Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the United States Air Force (USAF) National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The Administrative Assistant will manage calendars; coordinate and help prepare for meetings/conferences; disposition incoming/outgoing correspondence; maintain common data sites/repositories to ensure timely, accurate dissemination of information; and track taskers to completion. Candidates must be technically proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of devising practical and sustainable processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare documents supporting meetings
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, deconflict supported activities
- Help manage/maintain common data repositories (folders, SharePoint, etc.)
- Track taskers to completion
- Assist in the creation of correspondence to include memos, letters, e-mails, briefings, agendas, staff summary sheets and meeting minutes
- Support records management functions as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
- Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, familiar with SharePoint
- Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction; effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills
