SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Performs routine administrative tasks as a receptionist or secretary.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
1. Responds to routine telephone requests which generally have standard answers and refers calls and visitors to appropriate staff.
2. Maintains supervisor's calendar, makes appointments, and arranges for meeting rooms as needed.
3. Reviews outgoing material for typographical accuracy and proper format.
4. Maintains recurring internal reports.
5. Requisitions supplies, printing, maintenance, or other services.
6. Types, takes and transcribes dictation, and establishes and maintains office files.
7. Performs other related duties and tasks as required.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Education equivalent to a High School Diploma with six months administrative experience.
• Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate and maintain filing and office systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well, verbally and in writing, with others.
