Job Responsibility:

  • Perform administrative duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, etc.
  • Support the company operations with the enforcement of company policies and standards.
  • Coordinate logistic support for trade shows, seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Maintain company databases.
  • Maintain communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide other general Operations and HR administrative support, including photocopying, filing, scanning documents, and maintaining company databases as required.
  • Any other tasks as assigned from time to time
