  • Support the Quarterly Reserve Committee and Year-end Valuation reports.

  • Maintain monitoring reports for both internal and external reporting.

  • Provide insights into the company’s financial performance from a reserving perspective.

  • Partner with teams across the organization to understand reserving impacts on portfolio performance.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency in current processes.

What you’ll bring:

  • Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1 year full-time Actuarial experience, including co-op terms.

  • Actively pursuing actuarial exams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights.

  • A collaborative approach that includes managing independent deliverables

  • Clear communication skills and proficiency in building effective working relationships across teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA.

  • What makes you stand out:

  • Prior experience in P&C insurance companies.

  • Experience with SAS, SQL, R and Python.

What you’ll get:

  • The salary band for this position ranges from $70,000 to $95,000. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.

  • Compelling rewards package including base compensation, eligibility for annual bonus, retirement savings, share plan, health benefits, personal wellness, and volunteer opportunities.

  • Hybrid flexible work model.

  • Outstanding career development opportunities.

  • We’ll support your professional development education.

  • Competitive vacation package with the option to purchase 5 extra days off per year.

  • Employee-driven programs focused on gender, LGBTQ+, origins, diversity, and inclusion.

  • Corporate wellness programs to support our employees’ physical and mental health.
