Acquisition Campaign Manager
We are looking for an Acquisition Campaign Manager!
The primary purpose of the Acquisition Campaign Manager is to drive customer acquisition by leading and executing operational strategies to activate audiences across direct marketing channels. This involves meticulous planning, effective audience segmentation, and strategic content development to convert database leads into depositing customers. The role also requires documenting and optimizing omni channel marketing processes, analyzing campaign performance, and continuously improving operational efficiency.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement overall performance marketing strategies, across Biddable media (PPC, paid social, display, etc.) and Affiliates, aligned with the company's goals in iCasino and Sports Betting.
Budget Management: Oversee and optimize the budget allocation across various media channels to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute campaigns, ensuring they are well-structured, targeted, and monitored closely to achieve desired outcomes.
Performance Analysis: Analyze performance metrics and KPIs for different biddable media channels to identify areas of improvement, growth opportunities, and challenges.
A/B Testing and Optimization: Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to continuously optimize campaign performance.
Collaboration with Creative and Brand Teams: Work closely with the creative and brand teams to align messaging and visuals with performance marketing efforts, ensuring a joined up customer experience.
Data-driven Decision Making: Utilize data insights and market research to make informed decisions, drive marketing initiatives, and adjust strategies as needed.
Vendor and Agency Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring they deliver quality services and contribute to the overall performance goals.
Affiliate Program Strategy and Management: Develop, execute, and manage the affiliate marketing program, monitoring performance to drive revenue growth.
Sports Acquisition Focus: Develop and drive Sports-specific acquisition strategies, focusing on capturing prospects during peak sports periods.
Media Alignment with Sports Calendar: allocate media spend and launch campaigns in direct alignment with the global and local sports calendar (e.g., major European football leagues, major tournaments, Champions League)
Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the performance marketing team, setting clear objectives, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring professional development opportunities.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and biddable media, and apply relevant insights to enhance the marketing efforts.
