The opportunity
We invite you to apply for the position of Accounts Receivable Specialist in our Common Shared Services team, which delivers high‑quality financial services for our global operations. In this role, you will help ensure that customer invoicing, payment processing and ledger activities are accurate and delivered on time. You will work with financial data, support daily operations and gain a clear understanding of our global billing and receipt processes.

You will collaborate with a supportive team that values clarity, reliability and continuous improvement. You will develop your analytical and technical skills and build experience in an international environment where accuracy and service quality are essential.

How you will make an impact

  • You will perform accurate and timely reporting on sales invoices.
  • You will manage sales ledger transactions, incoming receipts and account checks.
  • You will prepare analyses and reports, including month‑end tasks.
  • You will ensure compliance with internal control requirements.
  • You will take responsibility for your actions while supporting colleagues and the business.

Your background

  • You have prior experience with Accounts Receivable and understand invoicing, payment matching and ledger accuracy.
  • You manage routine tasks with accuracy and care.
  • You communicate clearly and enjoy teamwork.
  • You are good at solving problems and work well in a fast‑paced environment.
  • You communicate fluently in English and Estonian.
  • You are comfortable using Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
