Job Summary:
The Accounting Support professional will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and timely processing of payroll and other accounting tasks. This role is ideal for someone proficient in Xero and comfortable working remotely under US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage payroll accurately and on time.

  • Handle general accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end close processes.

  • Assist with ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in payroll processing and general accounting.

  • Proficient in Xero accounting software.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.

  • Comfortable working remotely in US business hours.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with financial reporting and reconciliations.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good communication skills for remote collaboration.
