Check and analyze financial reports every month and ensure the accuracy of financial reports and completion on time.
Assist on the annual audit of financial reports,
Supervising the implementation of storage of accounting files and documents by documenting, codifying and implementing orderly administration of accounting documents.
Supervise and manage accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, majoring in Accounting
Having minimum 5 years of work experience (public accounting experience a plus)
Having experience in Banking/Multifinance/Financing industry is a must
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and other financial software
Having strong analytical skills
Capable to work under pressure
Ability to work independently
High energy, rapid learner and orientation towards teamwork required
