This role supervises accounting staff and works closely with project managers and executive leadership to support financial decision-making and maintain the financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Oversee construction job costing, ensuring accurate allocation of labor, materials, subcontractor costs, and overhead to specific projects.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with project forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning.

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 5 years accounting experience
  • Construction industry experience
