The Role
We are looking for a high-energy Customer Support Specialist for the Spanish-speaking markets to join our Customer Success Department. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
Provide incredible support to the clients by showing great reactivity in solving accounting-related questions they may have
Educate users on how to manage their business better with all the tools that Holded offers
Proactively identify issues before arising
Working cross-functionally with the Sales and Product teams.
Keeping track of clients' feedback and suggesting improvements.
Ensure that best-in-class service is given to customers
A passion for teamwork and collaboration - you’ll be working with multiple teams on a regular basis and will help to build the Customer Success “brand” across our entire organization.
