As Account Sourcing Manager, you’ll take the lead in sourcing and procurement for a key client account, covering Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Workplace Management (WPM) services. You’ll work at the heart of JLL’s operations—managing suppliers, delivering savings, ensuring compliance, and driving ESG excellence—while building strong relationships with both client stakeholders and suppliers.

Collaborating closely with the Global Sourcing Lead, Account Director, and operations teams, you’ll align sourcing strategies to our client’s needs, making a real impact across the EMEA region.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver strategic sourcing: Plan, run, and manage procurement processes—from RFPs and bid reviews to contract approvals—ensuring they match client goals and regional priorities.
• Build strong partnerships: Maintain and improve relationships with preferred suppliers, ensuring they meet KPIs and performance standards.
• Lead and inspire: Manage the S&P team, set clear targets, and ensure accountability in delivering top-quality outcomes.
• Manage risk and compliance: Oversee supplier onboarding and qualification, address service issues, and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Analyze and improve: Report on savings, supplier performance, and KPIs, and find ways to optimize sourcing across the EMEA region.
• Drive ESG initiatives: Work closely with our ESG lead to integrate environmental and social responsibility into sourcing processes.

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Solid international sourcing/procurement experience—ideally in IFM and WPM markets (technical services, security, etc.).
• Proven success delivering savings and improving supplier performance.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• A degree in business or a related field (MCIPS desirable).
• Knowledge of ESG integration in sourcing processes.
