SBO aims to serve as a strategic and functional partner, enabling high‑quality, scalable, and efficient delivery across global teams.

Aligned to the Medical Tower operating model, the Therapeutic Area (TA) Content Account Manager serves as a key interface between internal brand teams and the content development teams in BO medical. This role ensures the end‑to‑end orchestration, planning, creation, and delivery of high‑quality scientific and medical content, meeting strategic priorities, timelines, and quality standards. This role is accountable for content workflow, stakeholder alignment on deliverable prioritization, quality assurance, and delivery excellence, through the lenses of the business needs.

 

Main Responsibilities

Account Management and Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the single point of contact for assigned franchise teams regarding all content needs and priorities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global franchise teams and ensure review of tactics priority at the franchise level.

  • Translate team needs into clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables for the content creation teams.

  • Facilitate consistent communication, expectation setting, and status updates across all parties.

  • Align with broader Medical Tower workstreams to ensure consistency across TAs.

  • Support change management and training efforts as new processes and tools are rolled out.

End‑to‑End Content Delivery

  • Manage content lifecycle from intake → scoping → briefing → creation → MLR/approval → delivery.

  • Ensure all content aligns with tactics strategy, scientific accuracy, Sanofi standards, and compliance requirements.

  • Monitor the production of diverse content types (e.g., slide decks, training materials, digital content, infographics, scientific platforms, congress materials), ensuring timely delivery aligned with stakeholder expectations and approval calendars.

  • Lead intake and prioritization of all TA‑related content requests.

  • Ensure timely communication of delivery planning with TA teams.

Program & Project Management

  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and delivery roadmaps across multiple concurrent initiatives.

  • Define project scope, document stage gate meeting minutes and follow up on the actions.

  • Proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.

  • Coordinate across internal content creators, medical writers, designers, external vendors (if applicable), and reviewers.

Quality, Compliance & Review Readiness

  • Ensure delivery of stage appropriate materials that have passed reviews for accuracy and design.

  • Follow trail of material submissions.

  • Ensure communication of feedback for deliverables, documenting with the teams any quality issues.

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards in collaboration with the content creation team leads.

  • Perform periodic checks for content depository to ensure all content has been uploaded.

About you

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field (required).

  • Advanced degree (MS, PharmD, MBA, MPH) preferred.

  • Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus.

Experience Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in managing activities in a matrix environment.

  • Strong background coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing complex project portfolios.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com, MS Project).

  • Strong understanding of scientific/medical content development processes is preferred.

  • Familiarity with digital content workflows, enterprise service management systems, and approval tools (e.g., Veeva, modular content platforms).

Soft Skills & Leadership Competencies

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to influence without authority and operate effectively in global matrix environments.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities.

  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and solution‑focused with creative problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

The salary range for this position is :€49.600,00 - €66.133

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
