About the role As a Mid‑Market Account Manager, you’ll partner with a collection of small‑to‑medium accounting practices across Australia, supporting the mid‑tier of our Practice Partner ecosystem. These firms sit at an exciting crossroads between traditional SMB and emerging enterprise, and you’ll play a key role in helping them modernise and grow. You’ll lead digital transformation conversations, build deep strategic relationships and guide partners as they migrate to the cloud and embrace MYOB’s connected ecosystem. Success in this role means balancing strong commercial outcomes with genuine advisory partnerships, influencing stakeholders at multiple levels and positioning MYOB as an essential partner in each firm’s growth journey.
