Requirements
- Native or C2 level Italian speaker and fully proficient in English
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal and customer service instincts
- 2+ years of experience in B2B account management or customer success
- Multitasking ability to manage multiple clients and needs at once
- Solutions-oriented and calm under pressure
- Ability to travel up to 10% for client visits
