- End-to-End Deal Management: Expertly manage the transaction lifecycle from lead generation and site surveys to negotiation and final closure.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive property market analysis and maintain an extensive database of premium residential inventory.
- HNI & Corporate Networking: Build and nurture strong relationships with High Net Worth Individuals, corporate clients, and embassies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with landlords, developers, and internal marketing teams to design effective property positioning strategies.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure high accuracy in preparing lease/sale agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and MIS reporting.
About You:
- Residential Sales/Leasing: Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales or business development (preferably with IPCs or leading developers).
- Senior Roles:5 to 10+ years for Manager and above positions, with a proven track record in HNI/UHNI relationship management.
- Educational Background: Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
