Account executive - Senior
As an Account Executive, you will accompany companies from the first serious discussions to the successful conclusion. You will work closely with our Sales Development Representatives and take on leads that deal with real strategic questions around employee feedback.
You will conduct in-depth discussions with HR managers, management and executives in order to understand their organization, goals and current pain points in order to translate them into tailor-made Effectory solutions.
You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from needs analysis to demos, offer design and contract conclusion. Many decisions are not made overnight, but over months and this is exactly what makes this role strategic and exciting.
Your tasks
• Conducting consulting and final discussions with HR managers and decision-makers up to C suite level
• Analyzing challenges, target images and decision-making processes
• Conducting demos and presentations of our solutions
• Developing suitable offer and contract structures
• Responsibility for the entire sales cycle until closing
• Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Close cooperation with SDRs, marketing and customer success
• Active development of our sales processes and conversion rates
