We are seeking an Account Executive based in Berlin or in Texas to join our team and manage the European or the US region. In this role, you will drive our growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships.

High-level responsibilities
In this role, you will drive our growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing customers in a set region. In this quota-carrying role, you will lead and consult prospects throughout the end-to-end sales process - from qualifying to closing and partnering with our customer success team to enable successful customer outcomes. The Hygraph Sales team is focused on generating new revenue by prospecting, qualifying, consulting, and, ultimately, signing new mid-market and enterprise-grade customers across various industries.
What you will be working on
The role involves generating new sales opportunities through outbound efforts and collaborating with marketing, partners, and BDR teams. Responsibilities include:
Outbounding and creating opportunities in regional accounts.
Landing and expanding clients in your region.
Meeting quarterly and annual sales goals with minimal guidance.
Managing processes, setting targets, maintaining timely CRM data, and accurate sales reports.
Handling RFI/RFQ requests with internal teams and customers.
Following up with prospects and clients, demonstrating resilience.
Collaborating with technical teams to address challenges.
Communicating value propositions, conducting demos, and improving sales techniques.
Developing proposals, complex pricing, and negotiating contracts.
Work closely with sales engineers, customer success, partnership, and marketing teams to implement best practices and win incremental business.
