We are seeking a talented individual to join our FINPRO team at Marsh. This role will be based in Melbourne, Australia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to manage a financial lines client portfolio by building strong, trusted relationships and delivering outstanding client service. You will collaborate closely with Principals on complex accounts, ensuring smooth administration and driving business growth through proactive solutions.
We will count on you to:
- Develop and nurture effective client relationships by understanding and responding proactively to their needs
- Implement tailored renewal and broking strategies that align with client goals
- Collaborate with the Claims team to protect client interests and ensure timely claim resolutions
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with insurers and support negotiation processes
- Manage renewals, credit control, and reporting to maintain an exceptional client portfolio
- Support and mentor Assistant Account Executives to help them grow and succeed
What you need to have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in general or financial lines insurance broking
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or higher
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and a quick learner of new systems
