Account Executive
About Hypha
Hypha is an AI-native platform transforming asset management across the full lifecycle—acquisition, management, and exit. Focused on healthcare facilities and multifamily real estate, we're revolutionizing the industry through three key pillars:
Observability: Providing real-time visibility into asset performance, deal progress, and market conditions for all stakeholders
Intelligence: Enabling AI-driven multidimensional optimization with risk scores, tax strategies, and benchmarking
Orchestration: Creating seamless workflows and a single source of truth to eliminate inefficiencies
Hypha Principles
Human-first > Tech-first: Start with people— not models looking for problems to solve.
Depth > Breadth: Go all the way down to the root and build back up.
Momentum > Perfection: Progress toward a clear direction, compounding over time.
Role Overview
We're looking for a driven, consultative Account Executive to own the full sales cycle and bring Hypha's platform to the asset managers, operators, and investors who need it most. This role sits at the center of our go-to-market (GTM) motion and is critical to how we scale revenue in a high-growth environment. He or she will report directly to the Head of GTM.
You will hunt, qualify, and close new business while building deep relationships with senior decision-makers across finance and real estate. You won't just sell software - you'll sell transformation, helping prospects understand how Hypha fundamentally changes the way they operate and compete.
This is a builder role. You'll shape our sales playbook, inform our ICP, and directly influence the product roadmap through what you learn in the field.
Core Competencies
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, building and managing a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities to consistently meet and exceed quota
Lead discovery conversations that uncover deep business pain, then develop compelling business cases that translate platform capabilities into measurable ROI
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving executives, finance teams, and technical buyers - and partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff and strong customer start
Contribute to sales process, messaging, and collateral as we build and refine our GTM motion, feeding deal learnings back to Product and leadership to represent the voice of the market internally
Ideal Candidate
3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota
Experience selling to senior stakeholders, including C-suite and VP-level buyers
Ability to run a structured, consultative sales process in complex, multi-stakeholder deals, including navigating technical evaluations and working alongside solutions architects or engineers to move deals forward
Comfortable engaging in technical conversations — you don't need to be an engineer, but you can hold your own discussing integrations, data workflows, and implementation requirements with technical buyers
Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree minimum
What Sets You Apart
Experience selling into finance, real estate, or adjacent industries (asset management, commercial real estate, private equity, or similar)
Prior experience at an early-stage startup
Familiarity with the asset management or real estate operating landscape
Why Join Hypha
Be at the cutting edge of applied AI
Have a large scope and massive impact on the company
Work directly with the leadership team
Strong career growth opportunities as we scale
Competitive compensation package: $125-$175k base salary and OTE bonus
If you're ready to help build the future of asset management and are excited by the challenge of bringing AI-driven solutions to complex financial workflows, we want to hear from you.
