The Opportunity

The Access Partner is responsible for developing and implementing the integrated access strategy within the ecosystem, with a focus on reimbursement of Roche’s portfolio in the healthcare system. This includes access routes, key accounts, prioritized therapeutic areas, and ecosystem context—ultimately contributing to improved patient quality of life, the sustainability of the healthcare system, and of Roche

itself.

Responsibilities

  • Co-create and implement an integrated access strategy for key accounts and Roche's prioritized portfolio with short, medium, and long-term outcomes.

  • Ensure sustainable patient access to Roche's innovative portfolio by focusing on strategic pillars: value recognition, healthcare system capacity, affordability, and reliable outcomes.

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key access stakeholders.

  • Influence legislation to promote innovation access and reimbursement.

  • Develop a comprehensive access vision addressing risks, barriers, needs, and opportunities within the ecosystem.

  • Drive access to innovation through value-based commercial proposals and evidence-based decision-making.

  • Foster collaboration by integrating access strategies across ecosystem roles, priorities, and teams, while aligning with Roche’s global, regional, and local access objectives.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business, a Master's degree is preferred.

  • Five years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related sectors in similar roles.

  • Proficiency in the local language; intermediate/advanced English skills (both spoken and written).

  • Thorough understanding of the local healthcare system.

  • Proven experience in creating and implementing access strategies and plans.

  • Participation in inclusion and reimbursement procedures for innovative therapies within healthcare systems.

  • Availability to travel once a month.
