Location: Bogota (Hybrid Scheme: 2 days at the office per week)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create and present solution demonstrations and proofs of concept to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales cycle.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and solution specifications.
  • Conduct presentations and workshops to showcase the capabilities of products and services.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the organization’s products, services, and technologies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide guidance on product configuration, integration, and customization.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to gain trust and understand their strategic priorities. Offer consulting services to advise on best practices and optimize solution deployment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Work with product development, engineering, and delivery teams to align solutions with product capabilities.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Provide client feedback to internal teams to support product improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee the deployment and integration of solutions, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical challenges during implementation.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:3-5 years of experience in solution consulting, technical pre-sales, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in solution design, product configuration, and integration techniques.
  • Certifications related to the industry, products, or technologies (e.g., ITIL, AWS, Salesforce) are advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in technical tools, software, and platforms relevant to the organization’s offerings
  • Fluent English: Interviews will be held in this language.
