A220 First Officer – National Jet Systems

As we continue to increase our fleet of A220’s, it is an exciting time to join National Jet Systems. The A220 offers substantial opportunities for our Flight Crew into the future and introduces leading industry best-practice in the way we train and promote our crews.

National Jet Systems are currently accepting applications for First Officers on the A220 fleet. Opportunities will be across our Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane bases.

Minimum Experience Required:

Minimum 500 hours flight time in a fixed wing aircraft and at least one of the following minimum requirements:

  • 200 hours in command of a multi engine aircraft (excluding PICUS).
  • 200 hours in command of a turbine powered fixed wing aircraft; or
  • 200 hours on aircraft certified for operation by a crew of two pilots (multi-crew aircraft)

Essential Qualifications:

  • Australian Part 61 Commercial Pilots Licence Aeroplane (CPL(A))
  • Full ATPL(A) exam credit 
  • Multi Engine Aeroplane Class Rating
  • Multi Engine Aeroplane Instrument Rating with IAP 2D and IAP 3D
  • CASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) training certificate or equivalent
  • English Language Proficiency Level 6
  • A current passport with unrestricted access to all NJS ports of call
  • The right to work in Australia without restriction or sponsorship
