The selected candidate will deliver corporate and continuing training classes in areas such as the following: Five Best Practices for Effective Leadership Building Teamwork and Group Dynamics Stress-Free Problem Solving for Today's Workplace Getting More Done in Less Time Key Communication Strategies for Workplace Success Secrets of Top Performing Managers Situational Leadership Human Resource Generalist SHRM® Courses, including SHRM Certification Prep Customer Service Leading Virtually Conflict Resolution: Getting Along in the Workplace Project Management Supply Chain Management (APICS, CPIM, CLTD) Train the Trainer Duties and responsibilities include: Develop and prepare training materials Review and discuss objectives for the course with the department head Present the material at a pace students will understand and that will permit coverage of vital concepts Adapt material and methods to meet students' needs when practical Establish an environment conducive to learning Begin and end class on time Maintain record of attendance and other required documentation
