6803 TEMPORARY VOCATIONAL INSTRUCTOR: ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & SAFETY (Emergency Medical Responder)

In this challenging role, you will support the Environmental Health Safety Department of Economic Development and Corporate Training at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following: Instruct in all areas of the Environmental Health Safety program. This role will be specific to EOHS' Emergency Medical Responder course. Follow the progress of all students and complete student forms as required by sponsoring agencies and Greenville Technical College. Take an active role in the revision of all planning for curriculum changes and hands-on training procedures. Assist program manager with administrative duties as requested. Assist in maintaining all required reporting data and work product. Be available to instruct in evening and weekend classes, when needed. Manage classrooms/hands-on training in a cost effective manner, utilizing available resources and maintaining needed supplies. On a regular basis, plan and coordinate supply orders for all classrooms. Keep current on regulatory changes and changes in trends in areas of responsibility. Work as a team member, to accomplish long and short term goals. Maintain competence through continuous professional development. Complete other duties as assigned. Available to travel to other sites for program delivery.
