Are you interested in becoming a Video Game Producer? Do you have strong leadership, creativity, communication, and collaboration skills? EA SPORTS has a unique opportunity for you! We are looking for a group of individuals to join our EA SPORTS Producer Academy. This 12-month position will provide you with an immersive learning experience that establishes the foundation for knowledge, mentorship, and experience for the next generation of EA SPORTS producers.

In this position, you will manage the implementation of new features by cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders across the team. You’ll collaborate closely with design leaders to define and shape the features specific to your area of focus within the game.
This role is based at our Orlando office and follows either an onsite or hybrid work model.
