Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on automobiles, light trucks, heavy equipment, grounds maintenance equipment, snow removal equipment, facility backup generators, powered industrial trucks, low-speed vehicles, hybrid vehicles, and other alternative-fuel vehicles. Assist with the processing of college fleet vehicle and equipment additions and final dispositions, including titling, licensing, registration, and surplus documentation. Assist in the procurement of parts, supplies, and services through approved state contract vendors in accordance with General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and state procurement guidelines. Maintain accurate purchase logs and receipts for agency purchase card transactions and complete monthly reconciliations. Support the logistics department with equipment setups, fueling operations, material handling, and other related activities as assigned.
