019650 TRADES SPECIALIST II

Assist in the maintenance of college property to include but not limited to turf, trees, shrubs and other plant material by cutting/mowing, trimming, pruning, and other means necessary to maintain the health and appearance of the college's turf and ornamental plants and trees. Apply fertilizer, pre-emergent herbicide and other herbicides and insecticides as directed. Participate in college jobs/projects to include but not limited to landscaping, parking lots and roadway, equipment maintenance, building renovations, etc. Participate in repairs to the college's irrigation system as well as repairs to other underground utilities Remove weeds, litter, debris, and trash from campus grounds and other college property daily. Perform other duties related to grounds maintenance and building maintenance as assigned by supervisor, grounds manager or building maintenance managers. Assist as necessary with college events, projects and other duties and assigned by supervisor. When multiple positions are posted, candidates must apply to each one separately for consideration
