The Position
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
主要工作职责 :
Engage in communication with local government on Pricing/ Bidding/Health/ Reimbursement department , research institutions and other organizations, to provide corporate opinions and suggestions for the formulation of relevant policies.

Seek for the reliable 3rd party/channel and evaluate its feasibility and implement initiatives which align with business growth target.

Collect pricing/reimbursement/bidding information related to product and obtain the updated policy, providing policy analysis internally
收集和整理当地公司产品有关的物价医保及招标信息,同时及时了解当地的动态政策,为内部提供政策的分析。
Lead cross-department MA collaboration and play a good role as coordinator and communicator to ensure collaboration implementation
主导 MA相关的跨部门合作,并积极地协调和沟通使之顺利进行。
Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager 主管指派的其他任务
Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection

Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)

Basic Requirements of the Job基本任职资格:
Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:
Major of Medical, Pharmacy and equivalent is preferred
医药、制药相关专业优先考虑
Superior interpersonal and excellent communication skill, both internal and external.
具有优秀的人际关系及沟通技巧,内外兼备
Excellent implementation of market access strategy
具有优秀的实施市场准入战略的能力
Experienced in project management and organization of large scale activities
具有项目管理和组织大型活动的经验
Good command of English, listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Well-developed networking ability.
良好了社交能力
Experience工作经验:
3+ years working experience of MA in multi-international Pharmaceuticals company/2+years working experience of MA in Medical device company, or 3+years working experience in sales/MKT management(regional sales Mgr/regional product manager etc)
至少3年以上在跨国制药公司市场准入工作经验/2年以上医疗器械式公司市场准入经验,或及3年以上在跨国制药公司有销售团队管理或市场管理经验
