Responsibility:
- Execute the PLC/HMI automation communication between Our Process Solutions Hardware systems and customer’s Automation central control Platform/SCADA/DCS. Support customer to integrate Our hardware system into customer’s SCADA/DCS network and support customer to test the automation function in Our Systems.
- Provide on-site or remote technical support and troubleshooting for customers, regarding the hardware issue & software issue related to electrics, automation, mechanicals etc.
- Perform & complete field service work including Installation, FAT, SAT, IQOQ on Our Single Use Mixer System, Single Use Bioreactor, Chromatography System, NFF and TFF Systems.
- Perform Annual preventive maintenance (PM) Service and Corrective Maintenance/Repairing service to all Our Process Solutions Hardware systems for Customers.
- Record all the daily Field Service work data or reports by FS digitalization tools, such as excel, ServiceMax Cases and Work Orders.
- Provide feedback and support to FS team or internal partner teams, to continuously improve PS products quality, service and documentation, etc.
- Maintain good relationship with customer, support field service to grow FS revenue.
Require:
1. Having bachelor’s degree or above on engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation), more than 5 years working experience on equipment automation field in Chemical industry or Pharmaceutical .
2. Familiarizing with program on mainstream brand PLC & HMI is required, better to be proficient in Siemens/Emerson/Allen-Bradley, and SCADA, DCS systems.
3. Familiarizing with Pharmaceutical industry for equipment installation, commissioning, IQOQ, Validation, GMP Knowledge; Having Field Service Engineer experience will be more advantageous.
4. Being proactive, having strong communication skills with colleagues and customers.
5. Willing to work hard and take responsibility.
6. Being acceptable of frequent travel in China Mainland, Having the ability to travel oversees sometimes to complete the task independently.
7. Good written and spoken English, CET-6
