Job Description:
1. Responsible for managing consulting/market research projects, including communicating with clients for debriefing and establishing project methodology;
2. Responsible for the allocation of project resources, division of labor among the project team, and high quality delivery of reporting content;
3. Responsible for the writing of pre-project proposals to help the team win the project;
4. Responsible for the construction and analysis of data-related programs.

Job responsibilities:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree, pharmaceutical related preferred；

2. At least 4 years in consulting or market research with pharmaceutical and oncology related industry experience;
3. Strong consulting/market research skills and project experience, as well as project management and client communication skills;
4. Strong stress tolerance and problem solving skills.
