The SKCT (SK Competency Test) is a mandatory aptitude assessment for all SK Group hiring and a common elimination point. It tests critical thinking, situational judgment, and work personality alignment with SK's VWBE culture. Dedicated preparation — using practice apps and coaching resources — is strongly recommended.
