There are three operationally separate hiring tracks: 新卒採用 (new grad) via the corporate shinsotsu portal mirrored on Mynavi and Rikunabi, 中途採用 (mid-career) via the corporate MyPage plus BizReach and Doda, and store-level part-time hiring handled directly by each store.
