As Regional Lead DACH, you will own growth in your region through driving utilization, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

You will develop and execute region‑specific sales strategies, secure prime locations, and build a high‑performing charging network with no gaps. Reporting into the CCO you will accelerate site launches, optimize performance, and deliver predictable, profitable results.

Your Responsibilities Include:

·       You will develop and implement region-specific sales strategies responsible for utilization rates & committed customer contracts in DACH and CEE regions.

·       You will expand the network of regional partners, distributors, and key accounts in order to achieve annual sales targets.

·       You will act as lead for selected accounts in own region, while developing portfolio of regional accounts to be managed by team. Identify & facilitate cross-regional opportunities.

·       You will work with central Key Accounts team to ensure regional growth and expansion within the key account.

·       You will develop appropriate regional strategies to identify best locations to lease or acquire land for Milence’s charging hubs.

·       You will own the performance of sites in the region, includes utilization rates, revenue growth & customer satisfaction.

·       You will work with internal teams in Milence, who deliver services to the site, such as projects, operations and NOC, to ensure customer promise is met.
