What you'll do:

  • Assist in driver registration, training, and accreditation
  • Assist and resolve operator and driver concerns

  • Recommend driver training needs and process improvements 

  • Reinforce driver SOPs and Code of Ethics

  • Assist in the collection of documents for LTFRB permit processing

  • Does liaison work by submitting franchise documents to LTFRB in Quezon City

  • Work with Driver Operations and DM Teams to maintain a healthy driver base

  • Assist in roadshow and offline events

  • Strictly observe all company policies as provided in relevant contracts, agreements, and memorandums, as well as any revisions and addendums to company policies

  • Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time

  • What we seek:

  • Experience in logistics or on-demand delivery or ride-sharing environment is a plus
  • Experience in LTFRB franchise processing or liaison work is a plus

  • Customer service & presentation skills
