Your mission

As Operations Associate, your mission is to support our Operations Team, especially but not only in HR and Marketing. This is not an administrative position but a position with real ownership from day one in a fast-paced and high-growth environment working closely together with our Chief of Staff and Business Team. Your tasks and responsibilities

Operational Excellence:
  • Process documentation & standardization: Enable our Business Team to work more efficiently by improving our Jira Service Management process setup
  • Knowledge base: Improve our cross-team information exchange by ensure all information is always up to date
  • Identify recurring inefficiencies, analyze root causes, and propose small, practical process improvements.
  • Reduce manual work by introducing templates, basic automations, and usage guidelines for operational tools.
Marketing:
  • Content creation for social media to enhance employer branding
  • Administrative and project management support for conferences, workshops and other events
  • Implementing marketing intelligence database of competitors, prospects and partners
  • Maintaining and expanding always up to date internal knowledge base

Your profile

These qualifications are a must:
