This role focuses on community-driven growth, managing core community hubs such as X, Discord and LINE, and collaborating closely with various stakeholders in the Japanese VRChat ecosystem.

Required Responsibilities

  • 4-7+ years of experience in a platform company, gaming/entertainment company, or creator ecosystem environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing online communities such as X, Discord, LINE, or creator-driven communities.
  • Deep understanding of Japanese internet culture, the VTuber ecosystem, and creator communities.
  • Experience planning and executing field marketing, grassroots activities, or community-driven events.
  • Highly proactive and comfortable operating in a lean environment without large budgets or teams.
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
  • Preferred Responsibilities

  • Experience with gaming, social platforms, UGC ecosystems, or creator economy products.
  • Existing network or relationships with VTuber agencies, creators, or IP holders.
  • Experience running influencer or creator-led growth programs in Japan.
  • Experience with VRChat and/or online communities is highly preferred.
