As VP Sales, DACH at Via, you will play a defining role in how cities and regions across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland rethink and deliver public transport. You’ll own the regional commercial strategy, lead complex end-to-end sales cycles, and build lasting partnerships with transport authorities, municipalities, operators, and public and private-sector leaders. What You’ll Do

  • Define and lead Via’s commercial vision and long-term growth strategy across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland

  • A track record of winning multi-stakeholder agreements where outcomes are driven by trust, credibility, and long-term relationship-building.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills — you translate policy, funding frameworks, and operational needs into clear, compelling commercial narratives.
