The Role

As a Customer Care Associate, you will play a key role in Veev's Customer Care Department and help continue to build our reputation in the industry. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional services to our homeowners, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience. What You’ll Do
