About the role

The Chief of Staff will be a force multiplier for our CEO and Valerie Health broadly. They will partner closely with our CEO to drive strategic and operational activities, including our core operating cadence, special projects, investor relations, and all things required to build an early-stage business. The role is ideal for those who want to see how to build a mission-driven company from the ground up with the support of experienced leaders and great investors. What you’ll do

  • Be a Sparring Partner to the CEO: Be a critical thought partner to the CEO on all elements of corporate strategy, including product definition, target customers, and team.

  • Support Go-to-Market: Support our CEO in sales and customer success. Join meetings, help prepare materials, and lead parts of customer efforts.

  • Run Critical Projects: Run point on key strategic initiatives, getting them from 0 → 1. This will include standing up critical internal efforts, including our partnership efforts.

  • Drive Business Operations: Lead initial version of core operational functions for the business, including drafting board memos, supporting team offsites, etc.
