We are looking for a Content Analyst who can turn raw data into clear insights, helping us make better content decisions across the Content Lifecycle (Ideation, Production, Development, Engagement, Performance) to keep our beloved streamers happy, so they can come back and engage with our content longer and more often. YOUR DAY-DAY: (aka Responsibilities) 

  • Analyze audience behavior.
  • Identify trends in viewing habits, retention, and engagement.
  • Track content performance. Understand what works, what doesn’t, and why.
  • Build reports and dashboards. Use SQL, BigQuery, Looker, or Tableau to create useful reporting tools.
  • Work with multiple teams, including Production/Development, Programming, Adsales/Marketing, Licensing.
  • Go beyond surface-level analysis. Look for deeper insights that shape content strategy.
  • Every programming decision at ViX is backed by data. Your work will help shape what people watch, how they engage, and how we grow as a platform.
     

YOU HAVE: (aka Qualifications) 

  • 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, content research, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL. 
  • Experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools. Looker, Google Analytics, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • Understanding of streaming metrics. Retention, engagement, churn, audience segmentation.
