We are looking for a Project Support Assistant who is organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented to join us in our Manufacturing team, based in our UCB office in the Atlanta, GA office. This hybrid position requires 40% onsite presence and 30% domestic travel.


About the role

You will play a key role in supporting large‑scale capital and regulated projects by providing high‑level administrative and coordination support. You will help project leaders and cross‑functional teams operate efficiently by managing schedules, communications, documentation, and reporting. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced project environment.


Who you’ll work with

You will be working in a team that collaborates closely with project managers, executive leadership, and cross‑functional partners. You will also interact with vendors and external stakeholders, acting as a central coordination point to ensure smooth communication and alignment across project teams.
