  • Compensation: $20 - $22 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities of a Coordination Assistant 

  • Support 24/7 operational needs by assisting with dispatch, logistics coordination, and administrative tasks 
  • Handle incoming calls and document requests accurately in the Trinity Application Center (TAC) system 
  • Assist Logistics Coordinators with transportation arrangements, tracking, and special requests (e.g., catering, flight confirmations) 
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners via phone, text, and email 
  • Maintain compliance with company procedures and customer-specific protocols 
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance industry knowledge 

Qualifications & Skills of a Coordination Assistant 

  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, aviation, or transportation preferred 
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for extended periods 
  • Night and weekend availability as required
